Delivery Times:

When it comes to the delivery of your order, here's what you need to know:

Estimates; 

Delivery times are estimated and can vary based on the specific product you've ordered. These are not set in stone and may be subject to manufacturer-related delays. If you want to check on your order status, feel free to reach out to us anytime at Support@muzoro.com

1.) Large Items: 

For bulky items like furniture, mirrors, and larger lighting fixtures, we typically aim to deliver within 4 to 8 weeks.

2.) Smaller Items: 

Smaller items, such as small light fixtures, ornaments, tableware, and vases, usually have estimated shipping times ranging from 1 to 3 weeks.

3.) Rugs: 

These custom creations generally take around 4 weeks from the order date to completion. For a more precise timeframe, please contact us directly.

4.) Customized Products: 

These pieces require further time and care, due to this custom items where fabric, color, size or style has been adjusted we usually add a further 4 weeks to the estimated lead times. 

5.) Specific Delivery Dates: 

We are not able to offer exact dates of delivery any request for a specific date will be taken into account however no guarantees can be made for a set delivery date.

Assembly & Installation:

Please note that we do not provide installation services. Our delivery includes bringing items to the ground floor outside your building, but it does not include assembly or unpacking. If you have exceptionally heavy or difficult-to-access items that require special arrangements, it's the customer's responsibility to organize and cover any associated costs, further to this it is our customer's responsibility to ensure all items can fit into their premises.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Requesting a Refund: 

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please promptly report them within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide us with comprehensive information regarding the problem, this must include, images or videos as evidence. In instances where the packaging is damaged, please include photographic documentation.

Timely Reporting:

It's vital to adhere to the 48-hour reporting window; failure to do so will regrettably result in the inability to receive a refund. Our primary commitment is to rectify the issue by means of repair or replacement. If, for any reason, this is not feasible, we will initiate a refund.


Return Process:

Should we request the return of the item, kindly note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any damage incurred during transit. We strongly recommend diligent packaging, accompanied by proof of postage, preferably with insurance coverage. Any damages that have occurred due to the customer refutes the refund process.

If you change your mind about a non-sale order, you must contact us in writing with a request for a refund within 14 days of receipt. We will then require the return of the items in unused condition within 14 days of receipt of the written notification of the return or exchange of goods along with your reference number.
