Delivery Times:
When it comes to the delivery of your order, here's what you need to know:
Estimates:

Large Items:
For bulky items like furniture, mirrors, and larger lighting fixtures, we typically aim to deliver within 4 to 8 weeks.
Smaller Items:
Smaller items, such as small light fixtures, ornaments, tableware, and vases, usually have estimated shipping times ranging from 1 to 3 weeks.
Rugs:
These custom creations generally take around 4 weeks from the order date to completion. For a more precise timeframe, please contact us directly.
Customized Products:
These pieces require further time and care, due to this custom items where fabric, color, size or style has been adjusted we usually add a further 4 weeks to the estimated lead times.
Specific Delivery Dates:
We are not able to offer exact dates of delivery any request for a specific date will be taken into account however no guarantees can be made for a set delivery date.

Assembly & Installation:
Please note that we do not provide installation services. Our delivery includes bringing items to the ground floor outside your building, but it does not include assembly or unpacking. If you have exceptionally heavy or difficult-to-access items that require special arrangements, it's the customer's responsibility to organize and cover any associated costs, further to this it is our customer's responsibility to ensure all items can fit into their premises.
Items may arrive with protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
International Shipping:
Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Larger items are typically shipped via sea to ensure their protection and prevent damage. If you'd like tracking details for these products, please contact us.
Our Liability:
If you receive goods you didn't order, damaged or defective items, or the incorrect quantity, please let us know in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
However, it's important to understand that we cannot be held liable for defects caused by negligence on your part or by any third party.
If any shipment is not accepted or declined by the customer a storage and redelivery fee will be added to the order.
